I had an awesome experience with Megan at Layla Grayce. For three years, I’ve been on the hunt for a specific Caracole chair. I’ve worked with Hickory Park, Highpoint, and a bunch of other places that sell Caracole products, including visiting stores, making online inquiries, and placing phone calls. Just one call to Megan did the trick, and she got back to me with some great news...she located my chairs and confirmed my order. I couldn’t be happier with Megan and this company. FIVE STARS!!

Our table was delayed for an entire month, and then I found out it was being shipped freight. They said it would just be dropped off on the curb, still wrapped up tight on a pallet. I was expected to break down the pallet, check for any damage, and then haul a 165-pound table into my house all by myself. This was a $3000 table, and I never even got the option to pay for white glove service, which I would’ve gladly done. When I tried to arrange that after realizing how it was going to be delivered, I was told it wasn’t an option.
